The Reka owe their advanced technology and prosperity to the exploitation of this World Tree and the governance of the Hexarchs, a six-member oligarchy. This meeting is a story of celebrations, exchanges, and hope, but also one of negotiations — a moment when doubts, tensions, and difficult choices begin to emerge.
